Wishlist // Sephora

Urban Decay Naked 3: Oh, hello there, look how beauuutiful! Yes, it's another girl drooling over the Naked 3 palette... I don't have any of the Naked palettes (almost feel a little embarrassed to say that), so naturally when this pink-toned version was released I was all over it, and have been waiting for it to come back into stock online.

Dior Creme de Rose: I have been hearing and reading a lot about this fancy wee pot recently and everyone seems to be loving it. Now, I am a firm believer in treating yourself to a little fancy something every now and again, and a Dior lipbalm in a sweet little white pot is right up my alley... even thought it does hold a rather steep price tag.

Benefit Blush in 'Rockateur': This really is the wishlist of cult products, I recently went on a little holiday and went to a Benefit counter and swatched this blush, at first I was kinda disappointed but when I got out into the natural light and the sheen really stood out I was sold, and here we are with this wishlist and me having a ramble about a blush I should have bought when I had the chance - first world problems.

L'Oreal Magic Lumi Concealer: This is a product I initially didn't really pay any attention to, however I watched one of Essie Buttons YouTube videos a few days back and she used this and raved about how great it was for highlighting and under the eyes. I can't say I have a major problem with dark under eye circles, all I really look for is something to highlight and bring extra brightness to that area of my face. Apparently this is a really light formula and looks FAB so I'm down to try it!

NARS Creamy Concealer: I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing about this concealer that seems to have taken over, hence why I need it in my life! I have some scarring and darker sports from past blemishes and the odd one (thank god!) that I get now, and some redness around my nose, which I am always looking to somewhat hide and judging from what I have heard this seems to be the 'it' product for just that. I say yes please to this wee thing!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in 'Adore': This is one of those things I have always wanted, but never really gotten around to actually getting. I'm not gonna lie, I think one of the main reasons is because the colour options have always overwhelmed me and I didn't know which one I wanted. Now, after over a year of deliberation (serious, serious stuff...) I have decided I want what Sephora describes as 'shimmering pink', well I think this marks quite a moment in my life - I have finally chosen a Tarte blush colour GO ME!

Anyone have any of these and love/hate them?

Rebecca Minkoff vs. Miu Miu

Rebecca Minkoff vs. Miu Miu

There comes a time in every girls life when she starts dreaming of designer duds because she knows that they will make her life that little bit more special and FAB. I have found myself at this stage of my life, and my designer wishlist is slowly growing. At the top of my list are these totally to-die Miu Miu flats. The obsession started after I discovered the fashion blog WeWoreWhat and saw Danielle Bernstein pair them with absolutely everything - from casual to more formal looks. The Miu Miu's stood out and brought a little edge to all the looks, and really pulled them together. I have been drooling over them ever since. Now, Miu Miu's do not come cheap... and me being a student with only a part-time job does not lend itself very well to this situation. So, I have been searching for a cheaper alternative for weeks....and weeks, and finally I found the closest thing in the form of these Rebecca Minkoff studded flats. They are not a perfect match, but then again nothing will quite live up to the Miu Miu's. They are very similar in shape, although not quite as pointy in the toe and have a few added details in the form of stitching and studds, AND of course they are less than half the price. I will say though that even the Rebecca Minkoff pair is not exactly 'cheap', but just like the Miu Miu's they are genuine leather from the inside out which means they would be in my life for years rather than months. Now, I am faced with some tough decisions that only a fellow fashion lover would understand - do I go with the cheaper alternative and not put as much of a strain on my purse, OR do I save the pennies and make my first Miu Miu investment, as Carrie Bradshaw would do? Decisions, decisions.....

Do I take the designer plunge?

Oh Goodness...

Lashes of London: Bellz Lace Shift Dress

Now, I know it's all a bit cray-cray to be posting again within minutes...BUT I have just fallen for this dress and couldn't help but share (so shot me). Just casually browsing Lashes of London due to a wave of boredom and this total beauty popped up and literally my eyes widened, it was an "OMG I have to have that" moment laddies! This is one of the cutest, yet stylish dresses I've seen in a while. I'm obsessed with Gossip Girl and this reminded me so much of Blair Waldorf, and I love-love-love her style, classic but still fun and a bit quirky. The details on this dress are so nice, with the beaded, pearly peter pan collar and the lace frill to sinch in the waist (cute AND flattering, oh-la-la). I can just see this with my Katz and some Marc Jacobs earrings from my previous post and M.A.C Snob on the lips...Clearly I have a problem, I just can't help envisioning this beaut in my life.

I hope other people have moments like this! Haha :)

Wishlist: Marc Jacobs

1. Logo Disc Stud Earrings / 2. Classic Q Slim Zip Wallet / 3. Daisy Stud Earrings / 4. Huggie Hoops / 5. Skinny Logo Bangle
(All Marc by Marc Jacobs from Shopbop.com)

I was having a cheeky wee browse on Shopbop today and found myself getting totally immersed in the Marc Jacobs jewellery collection, and some accessories. I'm really into quite simple, dainty and fine jewellery at the moment and I think these pieces are so cute and wearable. They are not over designed or too 'blingy' or tacky, they are just right. Usually, or I guess in the past, I have never been very into gold but after getting my Michael Kors gold watch I began to like it. I really like the gold and cream/white combination of these and think they are so timeless and effortless, and easily styled for both summer or winter.
The wallet is the odd one out here, but I've been searching for a nice wallet for a while. This one is very similar to a Michael Kors one I fell in love with, it's basically the same but it had rose gold hardware instead of gold like this one. I love it, but I'm just not sure if I'm ready to spend this much on a wallet, just yet...mind you I can talk myself into buying almost anything, but for now I am restraining myself! (fingers crossed)

Really all I have to say is damn you Marc Jacobs and damn you Shopbop for making all these so available to me, as now I may just have to treat myself to one of these beauts next pay day which means saving my pennies may have to once again be postponed for a bit...
